Please read and fill out as much of the form as possible.

My custom rate starts at $300. My half day rate is $700 (about 4hrs) and my daily rate is $1200 (about 8hrs) Pricing is determinate per piece and discuss via email. If you want to get a very small tattoo , you can combine 2 small/simple tattoos (work that take less than an hour) for the same appointment.

You will get an estimate before the appointment, that way you can budget!

Flash design can have a lower price, because they are repeatable. Flash modifications count as custom designs.

Filling out a form does not guarantee you a slot. I will try my best to respond to your inquiry within a week. (Expect emails from me on Mondays and Tuesdays, you may be lucky get an answer a different day heh)

If selected, I will email you to discuss your idea, and go through the booking process.

By filling out this form you are agreeing to adhere to all policies of the artist and shop listed here.

Deposit to book with me is usually $100. You may be asked to leave a larger deposit depending on the size and complexity of your project.

The deposit will serve as a downpayment for your tattoo and will confirm your appointment.

After we agree on a date and time for your appointment, you have 24hr to send your deposit and secure your spot.

Once deposit is paid you will be receiving a calendar invite that will confirm your appointment.

Please DO NOT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL 24hrs before or after the tattoo session.
